Judith Suiter, ASLA, Principal, works in the areas of siting and permitting, site planning, public participation and policy analysis. Her 43 years of expertise covers services for electric power transmission, distribution and substation projects, road projects, and mining projects in New Mexico. She obtains approvals from local permitting approval bodies for proposed projects including applications for site plans and special use permits. In addition, she also prepares and provides regulatory review, consistency review and environmental clearance review in New Mexico and Texas for a variety of utility projects.
Ms. Suiter earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art/Design from the University of Tennessee/Chattanooga and a Master of Community and Regional Planning Degree from the University of New Mexico. She is a member of the American Society of Landscape Architects and the American Planning Association.
