For over 35 years, Zephyr Design, Inc. has been successful in providing assistance with permitting new large-scale projects. Zephyr Design’s technical specialties focuses on preparing technical documents (siting studies, site plans and long-range development plans) for planned projects ranging from electric transmission, distribution, and substation facilities to highway projects.

 

Zephyr works closely with clients to prepare submittals for local permitting and governmental approval bodies in order to acquire local permit approvals. Zephyr Design has the flexibility to team with planners, engineers, and scientists to perform analyses for a variety of projects.

 

Zephyr also researches and prepares specific policy input for clients to review regarding resource-related and general planning processes and policies for land management planning and policy documents, facility plans, local community plans, and sector development plans.
